The Parents Association and the staff of the Computer School are committed to offering a healthy social environment for students during the afterschool hours. Our mission is to provide a venue where students from Computer School  have an opportunity to socialize with each other, explore new ideas, show their talents and learn from each other.  The activities during afterschool hours are meant to contribute to the philosophy and culture of the Computer School.  The goal of the afterschool is to create a student-centered environment that reflects their creativity and encourages their initiatives.   Most activities during afterschool hours will be facilitated by Computer School teachers.

We  make the afterschool program as affordable as possible while providing a quality enrichment experience for our students. You will only be charged a one time registration fee of $75 total per 11 week session for as many of the enrichment activities as you want. Additional donations will be appreciated to help support the Computer School in continuing to offer afterschool activities while keeping the cost down for all families. We want to encourage every family to take advantage of our program, regardless of the cost.
If cost is prohibitive, please pay what you can and attach an explanatory note with the registration form.

-Activities will be offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
-All activities will be offered from 3:15 to 4:45pm.
-Snack will be offered to all students.
-Students will be dismissed by their teachers.

Terms and conditions of participating in the Computer School Afterschool Activities
I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE:
• that the program requires my child to meet certain standards of behavior and that if my child fails to behave or demonstrates repeated unsatisfactory conduct, the Program has the right to dismiss my child from the Afterschool program;
• that if my child is injured and requires medical attention and I cannot be reached for instructions, I do hereby give authority to the CS Afterschool Program to obtain necessary emergency medical treatment for my child with the understanding that the family will be notified as soon as possible;
• that in consideration of the CS PA, Inc., conducting the CS Afterschool Program and allowing my child to participate in such program, I hereby release and forever discharge the Computer School, the CS PA, Inc., and the CS Afterschool Program and its officers, volunteers, employees, contractors, and agents from any liability arising out of or based upon any bodily injury or property damage which may be sustained by my child while participating in the program;
• that some CS Afterschool Program may involve trips outside the Computer School building, supervised by the staff of the CS Afterschool Program. I give my child permission to go on any such trips organized as part of the CS Afterschool Program, including (but not limited to) neighborhood libraries, parks, museums, and other schools.
